    Banner ad in Vantage header?

    Is there a banner ad setting for the header in Vantage? All I have found so far is the 'background' settings which requires me to size a graphic canvas so that my graphic is positioned on the page like I need it...which works...until you view the site on a mobile device where the responsive design then positions the background image behind the site logo. Is there an actual banner ad setting like on ClassiPress, where you just upload your image, it posts correctly to the site, and shows up like it should on mobile?
