Business Listings on page other than Home Page, without Events

Hi,

I would like the Business Listings to be on a separate page, not on the home page. When I use the template for "Listings", the page shows this:

I get all the listings when I use the "Listing and Events" template, but I don't want the Events there.

How can I fix this?

Also, I have imported business listings from another site. Do I need to make a user account for each listing?
