    Changing the wording on the search bar

    Hi, I have the Vantage theme, and would like to change the wording on the "search Bar" from the 'Search For (restaurant, web designer etc) and Near (city Country). I have no experience in php, and a very basic understanding of CSS. if anyone could give a location of the file to change and a quick step by step guide...... Thanks for your help
