    Child Theme Question?

    Question regarding Child Theme's
    I have made three modifications to the main theme.
    1. Changed the county to state in header.php
    2. Changed the home button icon in images breadcrumb-home
    3, Changed wording in footer in footer,php

    My question is if I make a child theme and do these same changes will these changes stay changed when there are updates?????
