Claim Listing Error: Warning include()

Hi All

We've had the listings for a while but now want to allow people to claim (and purchase upgrades) to the listings.
I'm getting this error when I go through the claim process for our listings. I can get the first two steps: saying 'yes' to claiming a listing, then choosing a plan (only one available), then i get the error when i get to the 'transaction' page.

This is the error message:

My only thought is that we are running this on a child theme, and its trying to find info that is in the base theme, but the path does't let it.

Anyone know how this runs?
