Creating contact us form and support form and other forms

I do not understand the custom form feature It allowed me to choose field names but that is it I cannot apply it to my pages.

I created a new page called support and I am able to access it via URL www.deaflistings.com/support when there I want a contact form for support reasons in which a user can provide a description of support needed and their contact info and I want another similar page for contacting us and another for new category requests so we may keep categories available to new types of listings.

Also When I view this page under my text it says EDIT, when i click it nothing happens. I want to make sure my users wont see this edit button but I do want them to see the forms i create.

I have added a link to support at the footer of the page I just need to make the page functional as I described.

I found threads that address my concerns I believe but when clicking them the forum denies me access implying I do not have a subscription for support, I guess I can only see support info for vantage layout only.
