Csv company importer

Hi,

I have downloaded the listing.csv sample file.
I got my excel spreadsheet, set the columns exactly as the samples, converted the spreadsheet into csv, saved my xlsx to csv and still I get ZERO IMPORTED.

What is the trick here?
Can someone help me please!

I am trying to import a list of companies to my vantage website.
