Extend packages in behalf of Amount of Tags / extend default search radius

Hi,

it would be helpful to define

* amount of max. Tags / package (e.g. basic - max. 5 tags, pro - max. 10 tags, a.s.o)

* define default search radius: by default one default radius could be defined - but it makes sense to define
package based search radius (e.g. basic - local area 30 km/miles radius / pro - 100 km/ miles radius; a.s.o.)


so we would be able to get more add values to push descion to higher prized packages.
