Featured on Category not working

Hi!

I have a pricing plan that has cost '0' and duration '0'
as well as featured on category included for 10 days.

When I create a listing using this pricing plan and approve the listing in the backend, featured on category is not checked in the listings payment options.
Featured on homepage is working as intended.

I have been troubleshooting for around 2h testing all kinds of pricing plan settings and featured on category doesn't seem to work at all.
Any ideas what might causing this? Thank you!
