Featured Rotation Question and Affiliate link Question

Hi,

A question about Featured in Vantage. How does the rotation work?
For example I have 3 Featured businesses at the top of the page.
When does it rotate to the next lot of Featured businesses?
I refreshed the page a few times, but they don't change. Is it based on time?



Quesion on the affiliate link.
How do I place the affiliate link into the very footer of the theme?
I'd like to put my affiliate where it currently says: "Vantage Theme, business directory software, powered by WordPress."
