getting error on "editing" listings button with vantange theme ...? help

I am getting an error when clicking on edit listing button on listings in the vantage theme. i can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

showing: "Sorry, Page Not Found The page or listing you are trying to reach no longer exists or has expired."

can't figure out what we have set wrong or why this is happening. it was not happening prior.

any insights is greatly appreciated.
