How do I add a "label" to my new pages?

Hi I wonder how I can create the header labels for new pages such as About, Contact, etc pages. I am talking about the header label in the picture where it says: "Edit Listing information". I am not sure that you refer to this as "label header" but I mean the cool label that looks folded. How can I add this to newly created pages with the page title?
