    How do I create a Link to a Contact Form Page on the Sidebar?

    How do I create a Link to a Contact Form Page on the Sidebar?

    I have created a Contact Form Page.
    and
    I have created a Widget for a Contact Us for the Sidebar.
    The problem is:
    Whenever I move the Widget to the Sidebar......
    ALL pages are included below CONTACT US on the Sidebar.....
    ie: home, contact, categories, blogs, etc, etc, etc.
    not just the link to the Contact Page as I want.

    I'd really appreciate help with this.
