How to edit the form in Vantage 3.0.9?

Dear Sir, I have some questions to consult you:

1)How to edit the Listing form in Vantage 3.0.9? Including edit the words of the form, instance: Title, and etc, I have tries some times, but failed to change the original form. It is simple to edit or publish a new form in Vantage 4.0 or above, but how to edit the listing form in Vantage 3.0.9?

2) How and where to edit/change the words on home page of Vantage 3.0.9, the words as follows:

Search for:
Business, evnets,
Near
Search

Business listing

Featured

On create a listing page:

Select a Plan
