How to set up payment plan
I'm sorry, I know I should be able to do this but I'm struggling to understand how to set this up, and as this is a community directory I'm anxious not to get it wrong.

I want to offer free listings to everyone. I want them to have the option to pay for a Featured listing. Simple, right? so can you tell me exactly how to set it up?
