How do you hide the add ons ?

on my directory http://www.referencementtourisme.fr i would like to hide the add-ons from the submit page ( http://www.referencementtourisme.fr/ajouter-site/ )
right now the "this is included for 30 days for this plan" is greyed out, but it's super confusing to the user, i would like to just hide it and not showing it at all , how can i do this ?
