Importing custom fields that are check box in Vantage

I have seen similar threads but I need to know how to format data in my csv for a check box.

I have a custom form with the question: Amps Available. The choices are N/A, 30 and 50. People can choose one or more of these options. Often those who have 50 amp service also have 30 amp service.

How in the csv do I format the data to be imported? I tried putting 30, 50 ... but that only checked the 30 box, not the 50 box. I need them both checked.

Any ideas?

Also - does anyone know how to view the slugs for our custom form fields? One of my fields is called # of full hookup sites I know the importer won't be able to handle the # sign, but on other fields I have been successful to simply put a - where the spaces are ... so that would be "of-full-hookup-sites" .... which didn't work.

Ideas?
