Problems with instalation

I have problems installing the Vantage Theme.
I've completed these steps:
1. I installed the wordpress (latest version)
Once installed the wordpress works perfect.
Two. I copied the theme folder filezilla vangage 1.2 to themes
Three. I copied via ftp the language of the subject in language folder in themes
April. I went to activate the theme, and the screen is frozen, with no message.
When I returned to the path of the wordpress login screen is frozen again.

Which is what I'm doing wrong?
