List Your Business for non-registered users

Just checking to see what everyone else is doing as here, as the process flow seems a little wonky with this. When a new, unregistered user wishes to add their listing, and they click the "List Your Business" button, out of box they are redirected to a login page. I suspect others have thought this rather unintuitive and confusing and have come up with a solution to show the packages available, and a description to explain registration is required before Business Listing is possible. Just checking what others have done here, or perhaps if there is something available natively (like a simply option in the control panel) to change this behaviour? Thanks in advance!
