Listing Images Not formatting Properly

Hi There - i've just read through a couple of posts but haven't really found the answer to my quuestion.

When I upload images to the gallery in the listings page - they show up really small - on your demo site they are bigger.

The featured image in the gallery is much bigger.

My media settings are as per the screenshot attached.

I tried changing the 'thumbnail' settings and then regenerating thumbnails and it increased the size a little but it's still not as it is on the demo site.

I would also like to increase the thumbnail size for the images on the actual listings page - they're too small
