Many Listing Categories

I have 45 categories, each category has 9 subcategories, and each subcategory has about 60 subcategories. This is making the system very slow, it is difficult to include or even approve a new advertising.

The detail is that the 60 sub-subcategories are the same for each of the 9 subcategories, but I have not found a way to register them only once and associate them with all 9 subcategories, so I had to register them for 9 times.

Anyone know a way to solve this problem?
