    Need companies to first pay for their listing and THEN then can post events

    For Vantage, I want any business that wants to publish their "Events" that they must first pay to "List" their business first. After they pay to have their business listed, then they can also pay to list their events or not but MUST pay first to list their business. Is this already in the program? A plugin I can get?
