    No payment methods when optional recurring is enabled

    We have a few price plans, all of which have optional recurring set, and three payment options: bank transfer, paypal and iDeal (Netherlands).
    When a customer chooses no recurring and clicks continue, he can choose between the three payment options. But when he chooses recurring (so they would be automatically charged the next year), no payment method is shown and the message 'Currently there are no paymant options available'. Is this a bug or how does this work?
