    Notify others in area via email or text of new listing in their area.

    I am wondering if there is a way to notify others in area via email or text of new listing in their area.

    I know of ways to notify subscribers of new blog posts with plugins like "clockwork sms" but since vantage uses "listings" instead of "posts" I don't know how to make this work.

    Is there a way to accomplish notifications on new listings like there is for new posts?
