Page Sidebar Widget problem

The site is http://www.northampton-business-directory.com/ and in the right hand widget area, most headings are white, except for the "Recent Listings". This is set in a "Vantage Recent Listings widget" How can I make this white like the rest?

Is it possible to change the colour of the "Add a business now" heading or make this an image?

I notice that on any page there is always 1 widget that is not white. On the About Us page http://www.northampton-business-directory.com/about-us/ it is 2 widgets. I'm lost.
