Parent / Child Listings?

I need to figure out how to do two things: 1) I need to be able to identify some of my Listings as Parents followed by it's child Listings (My site deals with historical sites and in many cases that involvers multiply sites which leads to the creation of child listings.) An example would be the Spirit Lake Massacre in 1857. 40 plus settlers were killed by a group of renegade Indians. I have a listing for the main Museum and Monument but then I need to have several sub-listings or child listings about each family and where their cabin was located at on the lake. Any plugins or simple codes that would make this possible?
