Plan Information Not Saving to Listing

I tried searching this but didn't find anyone with the exact same issue.

I have had my site built for a couple weeks now and haven't had any issues with this, but now all of a sudden when you create a new listing, none of the information regarding duration, expiration, featured, etc is saved. When you view the listing within wp-admin, none of the featured information at the bottom is complete, it is all blank. It's as if the function that sets that value has been crippled. Is there a function that exists somewhere that sets this value?

I have disabled all plugins, and created new plans, but nothing seems to fix this.

Any idea what could be going on?
