Plans - Best Practices? What is the best price structure to offer?

I'm changing from an old directory script to Vantage and I'm having trouble trying to come up with the best pricing structure for Plans in Vantage consider the limitations users will have in Upgrading their listing.

As I understand it - Vantage only lets you choose *one plan* and you can't upgrade or downgrade it. In the plan, you can choose "featured" upgrades but you can never "upgrade the plan". Right?

So - what is the best pricing structure to use?

Right now I have this set up:
    http://comicartcommissions.com/new/create-listing/
The "best deal" is at the top.
But that seems pretty confusing considering you can't upgrade the plan... It's almost like ONE PLAN would be less confusing for people.

Can anyone who uses Vantage regularly give me some good advice on how to first set up your pricing for Plans?
