Preinput seach for field

The Vantage install I am working on is for a charitable childrens service and the directory is meant for people to find their nearest location to contact and attend.
Therefore there will only ever be one kind of listing which makes the whole 'SEARCH FOR' box a little redundant. So is there a way to have the title name of the service already input into that field and not editable by the user so all hey need to do is enter a location and search?
Failing that is there a way to dispense with the searching for field altogether?
