    Prevent more than 1 listing per user

    I noticed that users can post multiple listings in Vantage.
    Now if I have a plan of say 3 months free listing, users could simply resubmit their listing after 3 months for free.
    Why would they go for paid listing ?
    Is there a way to restrict the users from creating more than 1 listing ? Any plugin suggestion please.
