    Price $4.99 becomes $4 to PayPal then Listing does not activate.

    Hello,

    When a customer selects a plan that is price with some amount of cents the cents are dropped and charge become just the dollar amount so $4.99 becomes $4 to PayPal then listing does not activate.

    I have the Appthemes' Coupon Plugin installed but I am pretty sure it was not activated. Not positive though because I downloaded the latest version and installed it.

    Please advise.
