Problem accessing my wordpress Dashboard Area

Now I cann't access my wordpress Dashboard because of "PHP" Error below:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/taxid476/public_html/...../wp-content/themes/vantage-child/functions.php on line 20


Things I tried:

1. Removing the code from child-theme functions.php to see if it switches back to parent theme functions.php [ Didn't work for me.. ]
   

I tried to change the parent by going to themes but, I cann't even go there now, it goes to show the error message above again .

Any idea where to go from here?
