Problem with Addresses

There is something strange going on with addresses in my site.
1) Can not modify addresses in the admin. When I do update it returns to its original value or is blank
2) Search does not recognize the addresses
3) Maps not working to show addresses

I have gone into the database and the address is actually there. The only listing that functions is the one for Appthemes that was installed with Vantage. Any listings I add through the site or admin or import, have this problem.
