    Removing Vantage and installing another theme

    I upgraded some news/blog sites with Vantage, the idea being to add a directory and maybe events. I have news posts on the front page of the sites.

    This has not worked very well and I want to remove Vantage and just carry on with the sites as normal news/blog sites.

    Two of the sites have thousands of news posts going back years and I added hundreds of directory listings via csv upload.

    I can install another theme and then remove the many pages Vantage has created, but I am not sure if the site will still work OK.

    I really want to remove everything to do with Vantage.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
