Restrict features for non-premium listings

Hi all,

I have checked the forums and found no suitable solution.

I am wondering if there is a way to limit displayed content for non-premium listings, i.e., restrict simply to name, address and telephone number.
I don't want a Read More option, and disable link in Listing Title so will not bring to Profile Page.

Ideally I would like to have a directory which includes all listings however I wish to encourage potential customers to sign up.

If I set listing duration to zero so listing never expires, then listing owner will still be able to display (but not edit I assume) premium content if they choose not to renew.
I would wish their listing to return to minimal/basic.
