Search results only when Keyword inserted

HI Supoort Team,

at first thx for the awesome vantagetheme.

I need some answer to get my site finished.

1. only show results if the user insert a keyword and the cityname. Dont show results with empty keywordfields.

2. customize any page like with visual composer. Is it possible ?
