    My site is redirecting everytime

    My site www.studymirror.com, installed Vantage theme and Directory child theme. When i'm trying to delete or add plugin, while log-in and also in some other cases like while editing listings or events the site is redirecting to home or login page and sometimes getting errors. Even I can not log out and getting word-press failure notice. Please help me on this.
