static page

I want a template that I can use to create a page on my vantage site. But I want it to have the ribbon title block appear on the Left hand side in keeping with the rest of my site.

When I use the default template setting the title ends up being a bold title within the body of the text, (No ribbon)

I have tried using other templates e.g. Blog but the title hyperlinks and comments can be posted.

I just need a simple page template so I can add a static page.
