    Top section background color customization

    Hello,

    Is there a way to change the top-section background color where the RSS feed and Welcome/Sign-in link is found? The links are there in white font-color, but they're hidden since that top portion above the header is white as well. Can it be changed in the dashboard area or must this be styles in CSS?
