Unable to import bulk record

Hi,

I'm not able to import records more than 50.. why this importer is getting failed again and again. Please advise how to import record in bulk... I have around 5 lack record.. If this importer is not capable to import records in bulk then please advise is there any other way by which I can upload atleast thousands records in a one time.
