Using a separate plugin for profile management

Hi,

I want to use the USERPRO plugin for profile management (as it has a far better UI & UX) on my site:

When I try to register and login using the plugin, I get the error below:

Error in jQuery.ajax while submitting a form:SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

i've realized that the plugin conflicts with vantage as it works properly after deactivating vantage.

Can I deactivate the registration through vantage and use the plugin instead?

Any help will be much appreciated.
