I want to offer a plan for Free Listings with No Options

I want to get my directory populated so I'd like to offer a Free Listing with No Options for Unlimited Days.

I've gotten as far as a Free Listing, for Unlimited Days, but I'm having a problem with the No Options part.

How can I set up a plan that says "Featured Listings are not available for this plan"?
