Allow users to access to wp dashboard

Hi there,

I just noticed that registered users (contributors) aren't allowed to the default WP dashboard. When trying to access (/wp-admin) as a default users, they get redirected to the homepage.
Also the adminbar is not showing. Unless the user is an admin, then they can access the default wp dashboard and also the adminbar is showing.


My setup is a multisite with a new subsite using the new vantage theme.
And I would like to have users be able to edit their listings using the default wp dashboard.

Please advice.
