Can Vantage 3.0.9 be updated directly to Vantage 4.2.2?

Dear Sir, I have some questions to consult you:

1. Can Vantage 3.0.9 be updated directly to Vantage 4.2.2? or has to update to Vantage 4 first and then update to 4.2.2?

2. Any problem or issues when updating? if with child theme, can be updated directly?

3. If Chinese language is needed, Vantage 4 is suitable? or only 4,2,2 as I saw Chinese language is only available for 4.2.2?

4. If updated to Vantage 4, and if not satisfied, can it come back to Vantage 3.0.9?
