Category Page Auto Generate

I've just upgraded my vantage the other day to 4.0
My Categories Page is no longer auto displaying all the available listing categories.
Also, when creating a menu, i can no longer choose from the listing categories that are available, it only has Categories and one option 'uncategorised'.

Is there a short code i can use to get an experience like: http://www.vantagetheme.com/categories/
I don't really want to have to hard-code all the categories and counts as this isn't scaleable.

Will be great when updated 4.0 documentation is published...
