    Change "Sort by" listings

    I want to have the listing sorted by Title in Alphabetical order, when someone clicks on the Category. Right now it shows by date. I tried using "Post Types Order" plugin but I have to manually move the listing order. I plan to have thousands of listings, and that is not practical.
