Morning all
I am trying to add a new user on my Vantage theme (old version - I have not upgraded to the new version yet).
Once I complete the required detail and click "Add new user" then I get a message "Page not found".

Does it have anything to do with:
You cannot update because WordPress 5.2.2 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.5.38.
