    contextual_help is deprecated message

    I have recently installed vantage 4.2.7 on wp 5.4 and I get this message on the top in the wp backend.
    I tried deactivating all the plugins but it does not help.
    If I activate wp twenty twenty theme the message goes away.

    Deprecated: contextual_help is deprecated since version 3.3.0! Use get_current_screen()->add_help_tab(), get_current_screen()->remove_help_tab() instead. in /public_html/wxxxx.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5089
