Custom Post template for child theme

Gday!

I would like to change the default post layout with a custom one so that I can add some extra fields that connect with a submission form.
This is what I already have:

A child theme for Vantage 4.
Forminator Pro plugin, post submission form created.
Custom fields for file uploads (Photo gallery and PDF) both fields identify with {upload-1} and {upload-2}.

Which files do I need to copy over to my child theme for the post layout?
Where do I need to put in a code snippet, that allows me to show these custom fields (created with Forminator Pro).

It would be nice if I could get the layout for the photo gallery to be displayed, the same way as with the listing.
