Hi Jomark
Sorry to be a nuisance.
For new listings (or free listings) i want to limit the number of fields that the user can add.
So I created another form with a special category "Subscriber".
When a business subscribes my admin lady will tick this category.
All the fields in this form are then shown for the user to complete.

However, the widget - Vantage Single Listing Custom Fields- does not show the new form field (only those on the original form).

Am I doing something wrong?
Not sure if I am making sense.
